Returns & Refunds Policy

At POET Candles®, we take great care in creating and packaging every candle. We hope you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.

Returns & Cancellations

You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel or return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.

Candles should be returned unused, securely packaged and preferably in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs, so we can arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of its return, whichever is earlier.

Eligible cancellations include a refund of the original standard delivery charge. Any deduction for excessive handling will follow applicable consumer law.
